Hey, been playing since about 2009, took a break in 2010, coming back though, I missed this game.

Now to question,

since I am going to create a roleplay server with more or less factions and zombies, I'd like to know if there's a way to use a lot of tiles and textures rather than just set ones.

I mean, it'll be based off Nevada, so I'd like to have desert textures, but also several city textures.

If this ain't possible, any way someone could suggest me a solution?

Split that map into smaller maps and make a server for each map.

1 Master Server, visible for public. (Send players to map fragments with cs2d cmd reroute)
N Slave Server, hidden. (Running map fragments)

All these server share the same player data.
(Location[On Map, Which Slave Server], Stats, etc.)

No, it's not possible to use multiple tilesets and the maximum number of tiles is also limited.

Use cs2d entity env_sprite and/or cs2d entity env_image to add additional images for special things instead of using plain tiles for everything. You can (theoretically) add an unlimited number of additional images this way.
