I am not ACID member or leaders,but anyone can answer too.
I only answer second sentence,
Why cs2dn.de.vu server is many hacker,it have four reason!
1.cs2dn.de server is AI control,not human server control!
2.AI is very stupid in this server(other too),it is no mind,it out of control kick hacker and fair play player!
3.AI kick hacker need wait more minute,meanwhlie,hacker are coming this server(cs2dn.de server another) fast,it means,hacker coming fast than AI kick them!
4.AI only can kick not ban,so,hacker only kicked,not banned,so many sec later, they come back again!
So,this reason why this server have many player!

The ACID server is a clanserver so clanmembers can change the settings or maps
like you said the wallhack
also known as dust1 
and the fow off... well sometimes it is nice to have the server with fow...
but you will notice as the most players just play 4fun they dont want big and longtime taking tactic games(maybe sometimes just a game in the break) so they prefer fow off
and im sure you confirm with me that a full server(in that case 18 ) and fow off is better then a server with hmmm 5 players and fow on
but i will care about your wish and look that the server settings will be changed from time to time so that all find a game they like
BTW: the ACID server contains a antycheatsystem which ban cheaters ! same tool like in all cs2dg servers
and those servers are the only which have any antycheat
plus cs2dg is developing a new and even stronger antycheatsystem

1. ||ACID|| servers are good no doubt about that, but i prefer |Kc| servers because Diamond/GOLDEN JOHN are always in the server and they ban who ever is hacking in a blink of an eye.

Thats right for are |Kc| Servers |Kc| Members no remote & there is usually some 1 on Spec Full Time watching for Hackers or Playing & watching for hackers & since i use JUSTIN's script i only need to press F12 for List Players & they r BANNED in like 3 seconds
