People possibly stealing my internet?

I can see 2 other computers in the workgroup-place, where are also the network-printers and stuff showing up.
I think these 2 have access to my shared files, since i can access to theirs and i can also print with their printers somewhy.
But i want em out, and i cant smowhy access to my modems config (because im using non-wireless?) so i cant set-up password or anything.
What to do?
they can also come trought my firewall and they were able to remotely control my pc, but i turned that option off somewhere.
Anyways, they steal my bandwidth and i want em off, suggestions?
