thats i writte to my server
its simple
but speed...
i think its impossible
if you want change cronstuction speed^_^
go write to to ur console without 'RCON'
also do same for supply - dispenser
ex:mp_building_limit supply 99999
ex:mp_building_limit dispenser 99999
