It needed to be moved to where it is now. Because it obviously had nothing to do with the previous forum u put it in.

What the heck is it supposed to do? CMDMaster is not exactly what I would call a descriptive. I will download it and try it out though ( I am not one of the many people that automatically call an exe a virus ). But what language did you write it in anyway?

It does nothing but i just want to people test it...
I mean, because i've make an game and there was frames they where. bugged now im just asking...
Does when u click desktop the frame changes or does it do nothing?
(Because im tired, i've maked 10 programs and all in trash why!)
Edit:
This isn't programmed... This is make with an program (awesome game makeing program) called Multimedia fusion 2! Yeah, you are one hundred percent right partypooper. You can't use this for anything and the frame rate doesnt chage when u minimise it.
