I've already downloaded them to see if they're what I wanted... you got your sawing sounds here... with some editing of the sound files, (for length) and a little more looking and you'll undoubtedly find your others.
Just make sure you give them credit for their work, put the name of their site in your mod's credits, and put the names of the files you used from their sites, and make sure they have nothing against you using them.
