I don't know how to overcome fears of heights nor cockroaches.

"still young", it shouldn't take much to correct your fears. Visit some of the greatest and tallest towers for your next vacation, or climb on the roof of your house.

I have fear of roaches (especialy the ones in spain since they are HUGE HUGE I TELL YOU!!., and from the darkness (WHY D:) Anybody has the fear from darkness? Any ideas how to overcome it?
