Please help me, my German friends and help me in school and translate the text below. It's to be memorized, so please use simple words.

Do not take it seriously, that's my plan for the day.

I wake up at six. After I'm going to brush my teeth. Later I eat breakfast. Half past seven I going to school on my motorbike. At school I eat my lunch. After school I do my homework. Then I pack my books to my schoolbag. At three o'clock I eat dinner. Then, I take my dog for a walk. At five o' clock I play in computer games. Then, I watch TV and spend time with my brothers. Then I eat a supper. At eight p.m. I have a shower. At nine o'clock o' clock I go to the bed and go sleep.

@user lennon: I bet you aren't serious. Google translator and any shit-translator.tk are crappy and they can't translate properly. We have many German people here so at least some of them would help him and I don't see any reason to use a translator.

Is the English broken on purpose? Is it supposed to be broken in German as well?

I'm gonna (try to) translate it properly.

This can backfire so hard on you. I had to write some dumb paragraph for school in German and my friend helped me out by translating it and explaining what each word means. My teacher didn't believe I wrote it so I had to re-write the paragraph but luckily she forgot about it next lesson so whatever.

@user Rainoth: The whole thing seems so clunky as well. "I did this. Then I did this. Then I did this. Then I did this..." My old teachers wouldn't wanna read such a mess.

@user The Gajos: Dinner and supper are the same thing.

Can you check whether it is grammatically well? Bold words are added by me.

both Uhr are actually NOT needed.
√ The first one can be used but is optional. It's probably better to put it for clean written German though.
× The second one is wrong! You can't say "halb Acht Uhr" in German. You only can use "Uhr" with full hours or when you're writing the time in digits like "7:30 Uhr". That would work but "halb Acht Uhr" is wrong. It's must be just "halb Acht"!

√ "zu Frühstück" is correct!

× "Nach der Schule habe ich meine Hausaufgaben" is wrong.
Instead of "habe" (which is "have") you must use a German verb for "do". In this case "mache" (from "machen") would be a good choice:
"Nach der Schule mache ich meine Hausaufgaben"

× "Dann esse ich zu Abendbrot" is wrong. It must be just "Dann esse ich Abendbrot" (without "zu"). Alternative way to write it would be "Dann esse ich zu Abend".
Note: for "Abend" you need "zu" because it's the time when you eat - equal to "zu Mittag". You are not allowed to use "zu" for "Abendbrot" because "Abendbrot" is basically the name of the meal and not the time, even though the time is obviously included in the name.
Another example for this is breakfast:
"I eat breakfast" is translated to "Ich esse Frühstück" - without "zu" because "Frühstück" is the name of the meal and not the time (like "Abendbrot"). Even though again the time is included in the name because "früh" means early.

× Also in your translation you eat supper twice... I think dinner means lunch here. So "At three o'clock I eat dinner" should be translated to something like: "Um Drei Uhr Nachmittags esse ich zu Mittag".

The "mich" in "Ich dusche mich" can be removed as well but you can also keep it in there. It's not wrong.

You're welcome. Btw: Better forget the "Nachmittags" thing, it's stupid. Just use "Um fünfzehn Uhr esse ich zu Mittag".

I wasn't sure how formal or clean it was supposed to be (especially since the English text seemed incorrect and simply odd to begin with.)

From my experience, teachers are very strict when it comes to foreign language classes. So if you would write something the way you'd say it in a casual conversation, they would just dismiss it with "setzen, Sechs" Even simple stuff like using American English instead of Oxford English. Lots of red crosses, arrows and 'u's on my papers. R.I.P.

@user DC: Well, saying "Drei Uhr Nachmittags" makes sense when you use the 12hr system instead of the usual 24hr system, since we don't say "3:00 Uhr PM" Or at least, it does make sense on paper, or when you are talking about the past or future. One of the moments when it doesn't make sense is when somebody's asking you "what time is it?", then they can probably already tell whether it's morning or evening.
