I, as DC, did not authorize Chinese “friends” to use my scripts and mods for commercial use. I was your internet cafe in Chenzhen, I saw players who play CS2D and my mods for a fee (familiarized myself with the price list). Yes I saw that your skillful people changed some of the graphics, texts to Chinese, and probably for this was done quite a lot of work with them.But I released my mods and scripts for people to enjoy for free.
I appreciate the hard work of those who helped me in making the mod, it's their time and effort. We together with them wanted to make a quality mod for the enjoyment of the players, and we made it.
I, on behalf of our group of mod creators, allow its paid use only in one case, if part of the profit will be used to improve CS2D - Transfer the interest on the amount received to the
DC: Peter Schauss for his motivation and to the community that helps him (@ EngiN33R: Ilya thanks for the latest changes).So I ask the moderators to delete posts with links to the posted code of the mod.
I follow his distribution of this mod and remember the list of those to whom I passed the source code. Some modders got this code using hacking, but then talked to me and got the source version to understand the functions and ideas, but do not distribute it.
Only Europe is trying to impose legalization and payment for software on everyone - and in doing so hacks, steals and distributes it. That is what has happened now ....
@ Gaios: I didn't expect you to do that, "buddy". You have no honor. You did the hack yourself, posted it without permission, and gave the idea to others. I refuse to contact you further and retract my words to you earlier - as of now you have no right to be called my “friend”, my hospitality no longer extends to you, you are no longer a “Slavic brother” to me. I remember your changed attitude and words to me because of politics and events in which I am not involved in any way, and I have already said that despite the fact that I am from Russia, “Russian” (although this is the name of the community of people living near each other, not one nation), I do not approve of the events that are happening in the world, I am disgusted by what and how things are happening. I see only personal benefit of representatives of authorities of all countries, including Russia and Ukraine, in the events taking place.
But in the conditions of your deed I feel sorry that my grandfather spilled his blood in the fights for the liberation of Poland, and as a result you got Polish nationalism in your person, words and deeds. This is how the “European face” manifests itself - they lie to your eyes and do nasty things behind your back. (This is how NATO expands eastward).
Although I may be wrong to lump all Europeans into one pile and make no exceptions, provided that the bulk of European countries say what they are told to say by the American authorities and Russia is leaning towards China's words in the same way.
For the above I agree to accept a ban.
For those who were interested in my person, I inform you that I am fine. Recently my wife and I have been working on a rotational shift work in hard-to-reach regions of Russia, in these difficult conditions for living, in addition to bad weather, there is often no communication and internet - and if you need my help write to me in private messages, by mail or through Russian-speaking guys (some have my cell phone number). So most of my projects are waiting for when I have free time or an interested partner to realize them. For now, I am more interested in improving my knowledge, skills, living conditions and business.
