no it isn't english, but there are only a few comments, and you should be able to transalate ist easily as an example with google or other tools

i have downloaded that source code (from that homepage to) but isnt there any source code in english?? dont you have one DC??

lol do you think that I'm writing my source codes in two languages? the german source code is the original source code and of course I'm NOT going to translate it.
