umm, 3rr0r, can you release the source code for it too? I'm curious as to see how you structured the program and stuff.
ohh, i'm sure you don't want to see the source code.
that was my first project with more than 400 rows of code and at the end i have now about 2000 rows of code.
i did a lot of mistakes with the structure and i didn't even use the beautiful oop support of python. i rather used a very dirty pop style.
i might release the b 0.1.0.0 compatible source later on.
Hopefully you can implement it on this DediServer and hackers are gone, forever?
but later on when there are newer version i might release the source code of this version.
we'll see...

ummm, oke.... i'm just saying there's no server that can execute vb6 code
that shud work...
The dedicated have just some commands, not of all yet!
EDIT:
Wich command line do I exec the server.pyo in Linux?
I tried: start python -O server.pyo and doesnt work...
Please, help me!
----
EDIT2:
I started the server.pyo in cmd of windows and look it:
C:\Documents and Settings\Márcio>C:\Cs2Dedi\server.pyo
*** Loading Settings: ***
*** Loading map (de_dust) ***
*** Couldn't load map (Map does not exist!) ***
The map is in the maps folder, and I tried to put the map in the same folder of server.pyo and nothing...And even changing the map to de_dust2 in config.cfg, when I try to run it again in cmd, it persist with Loading map (de_dust)... Sorry for english, but its very strange...

please don't make doubleposts, the thread is marked as new even if you edit the first post made in a thread. I brought the two posts together /Flying Lizardi recommand to use the version where you dont need that flag.
here: http://www.speedyshare.com/343111203.html
there you start the server on linux this way:
python server.pyo
and on windows you just can double click python.pyo
