Sorry, to the Czech Republic but ur flags look kinda same

Btw. Don`t forget that this list won`t show as much cheaters as you see in the list, because much player, change ip and rejoin the server after ban, for 2 oder 3 times.

I hope I can update that list, at other times soon.

And that could not be me since I've kinda stopped playing CS2D since 5-12 months ago. That's because I don't have the 3D-acceleration available in my graphic card.

But it's great that you found those cheaters, good work.
Everybody should make a .txt file named "banlist" and bind it to a key while ingame, and put all the IPs inside of it and then you could do safe netgames again, and if there comes more cheaters just add their IP to the banlist.

Actually there are cheaters from everywhere in the world and you don't need to be upset if someone with same nationality as you is cheating.
