old Dedicated Server Problem???

I have the python 2.5 and dedi server demo..
The latest versions of it made by 3rr0r and TMK..
everything works fine, everybody can join, all the commands work fine.. but i dont understand what sv_bind is for.. and the biggest problem is when I make the dedi server, i open my cs2d, join my own dedi server and I CANT USE THE COMMANDS.. because im not the ''server'' it says.. i dont get it? I made the dedi server with my own IP.. and i cant control it? i cant kick or ban players, or set sv_fow in the console, it says im not the server! but I made the dedicated server! i dont get it? i need help please.. how can i use the commands? also, what is sv_bind <IP> ???

the dediserver dont have the server commands...
just kick and ban, and for that you have to acess
with the remote password...
And the sv_bind is for set your ip in the usgn list...

I don't understand your english (not that mine is perfect).. i don't get it, i set my sv_remotepw lets say the pass is ''cs2drocks'' then i enter my dedi server, open console and type in sv_remote cs2drocks ban Player and ive tried sv_remotepw cs2drocks ban Player
or sv_remote ''cs2drocks'' ''ban 1''
i dont get it, a better explanation? none if it works!
It says im not the server master!!!

yeah, just saw, but a quick question, for the next version can you add modularity to the server so we can install custom commands (like slay etc). I'm actually familiar with the server structure so I think that it won't be too hard to do.
