I cannot hear radio sounds, weapon shooting sounds etc.
I only here when i hit somebody, and i hear footsteps.
Please fix this problem, thanks!

the problem is with the game, not with me ..
Nah, I dont have this problem...
maybe your soundcard driver is outdated,or something like that.
or some sounds couldn't found.

LMAO If he can hear sounds then why do you think his soundcard driver is outdated?
Your download might have been broken or something. Go into your cs2d folder and look for another folder called "sfx" Go in and go into each folder. If everything is missing redownload it

That's the weird thing, i have always played cs2d. but now i decided to make a clean install and now the sound suddenly doesnt work anymore. All the files are in the sfx folder, i checked that already
type in console: volume 100
