'Cause I'm a newb at this game I bought NVG just before, except I can't seem to find a use for them? Do they allow you to see enemys inside the Fog Of War? It's really confusing, LOL!

nope, u can activate it by pressing n or g. i am not sure. when u activate the nightvision, the game will get a green touch. in my opinion it is waste of money

i never got an MAV by using the NVG

Actually NVG could really be a good use against Nade spammers. For Example if you were playing and some1 was camping and spamming smoke nades all over the place, you can go to T base press "N" to activate NVG and you will be able to see the enemy in a reddish circle if you're on the CT team. Which will help you kill him very easily. Same story if you are on the T team. And Marcio I have used NVG over 100 times and I never got MAV?

You can replace the "nvshader.bmp" with something else, if you want to affect the nightvision with your own kind of nightvision style.
