CTs are prisoners too.
Invisible prisoners cannot scanned by CC-TVs.
Lightning speed prisoners cannot scanned too by CC-TVs.

Open "sys/lua/cic/config.lua", and then add new camera using

setcamera

code in cameralist.

ID = Player who scanned by CC-TV, keep it "id"
MAPNAME = I'am sincerely hope you know this parameter does.
Now it's pretty hard at these position setting, did you ever use Editor? If yes, i hope you can do this phase, else please learn first.
X1 and Y1 = Left top corner position of camera.
X2 and Y2 = Right bottom corner position of camera.

NAME PLACE : Camera position / camera is viewing ...
ESCAPE LINE : If you set it to 0, it's safe place, otherwise (1) is escape zone(bomb spot, escape point, etc)

Prisoners' team, who able to caught in camera, 1 = Ts, 2 = CTs.

If prisoner has or more than cic_fastspeed, prisoners are too fast to scanned by CC-TVs.

If prisoner died, his/her last place is in cic_diedplace.

Only polices are allowed to do that, press "USE" button, default is E 2x within 1 second.
