You unblock them via some config file I guess, the command is (mp_unbuyable """) to unblock all weapons. If you want to block a weapon, type in each weapon name to block.

I also noticed that sv_msg has been changed to msg.
There is also the kill command. Someone who has discovered more commands?

in fact you can use all. msg, sv_msg and say for this. (I think sv_msg should work since 0.1.0.6)

you can see a lot of commands when you go to the sys folder and open different cfg files.

and you can find some additional commands when you open the "options" window and select the "more" tab.
