2 replies I was wondering if a Disclaimer is needed if me or other U.S. forum member makes a video about cs2d , stranded or MM.
something like this

no you don't have to write a disclaimer. in the majority of cases I just don't care.
of course you shouldn't sell the games or claim that you developed them. in addition a link to cs2d.com or unrealsoftware.de would be nice 
ok, thx. i've asked because a lot of companies delete some videos without disclaimers that are posted on you tube
